It is super yummy. I have a casein allergy and while I am unable to tolerate most dairy in general, goat milk is less problematic for me and so once in a while when I want to indulge, I find goat milk products. I had never seen goat milk caramel until I visited NOLA SAUCE BAR. I loved that they ship items from their store at a very decent shipping fee. Now that I have discovered them, I will continue to order from them even though I live on the West Coast.
