Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following strict return and exchange policy:
  • All sales are final on edible items once opened.
    For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or partially consumed food items.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on non-edible products.
  • Unopened edible products may be eligible for a replacement only in the case of damage, defect, or fulfillment error reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all return or replacement requests.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
