Ghost Chili Salsa

My favorite salsa. Not just from NOLA, but in general. This salsa is spectacular. It has a decent amount of heat, but still has amazing flavor and balance, which is really hard to find. I'm a bit of a pepper-head, so I like things that are pretty spicy, meaning this might be a bit too spicy for anyone who doesn't enjoy things on the hot end of the spiciness spectrum. If you can handle the heat though, this is the salsa to get! It's really hard not to just finish off the entire jar every time we open one of these up; It's that good.
